What is it about?
In Android, apps can use the system alert window (also known as the pop-up window or popup screen) to display a dialog box when they need to make a call or send a message to the user. This is a very useful function, but there are some problems with the way the screen is displayed.
Some apps may use a screen overlay to hide their notification bar or to display extra information. When you receive a notification, you will not be able to press the notification bar or some buttons, which may cause a problem.
You can use this tool to find out which apps are using a screen overlay.
